- Removal of dead wood, dying or diseased wood.
- Pruning of sucker growth.

- Removal of interfering and objectionable branches as well as selective thinning of broken and crossed over branches.
- Raising of limbs to help clear height to enhance vigorous lawn growth beneath trees.
- Shaping of fruit and pine trees where applicable.
